• In the event that you cancel, reschedule, or alter the date of your reserved retreat, please note that Bali Hypnotherapy Retreats cannot provide any refunds for any reason. Instead, a percentage of your initial payment or deposit amount may be applied as credit towards a future retreat package and date. The credit amount will be determined by the below cancellation schedule.

• If you choose to transfer your credit to another individual, we will accommodate your request.

• Please be advised that cancellation fees may be imposed based on the timing of your cancellation.

​

Cancellation Fees are determined by the following schedule:

• If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat package start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to a future retreat.

• If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat package start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to a future retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the total price of your retreat in this instance.

• If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat package start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to a future retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the total price of your retreat in this instance.

• If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat package start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

• Please note that any credit amount from a cancellation will be applied to the retreat’s current rates at time of rebooking.

• Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early on your booked Bali Hypnotherapy Retreat package.

NOTE: You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days before the retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancelation, and the above policy will apply.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a booked retreat date, you will have the option to transfer your full retreat package payment to another retreat package or request a full refund of your payment. However, please note that Bali Hypnotherapy Retreats will not be held responsible for any expenses you may have incurred in preparation for the cancelled retreat, including but not limited to airline tickets, loss of work, or any other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Travel & Cancellation Insurance

• Attendance at a Bali Hypnotherapy Retreat requires mandatory coverage under a travel insurance policy. It is typically necessary to purchase insurance within seven days of booking your reservation. It is important to ensure that your insurance policy covers all the relevant activities included in your Bali Hypnotherapy Retreat package, as well as trip cancellation.

• Depending on the conditions and specific policy, travel cancellation insurance may cover some or all cancellation fees. There is no restriction on which international travel insurance provider you may select, but we recommend World Nomads Travel Insurance for its cost-effective and comprehensive coverage options.

• Given the current climate, it is wise to anticipate any potential contingencies when planning a trip. In the even that Bali or Indonesia closes its borders on the date of your scheduled retreat, you need not worry. Your payment amount will be credited in full and held for you to use towards a future retreat date, and any costs related to travel or flight interruption should be covered by your travel insurance.
