• General Hypnotherapy (Initial or Subsequent Sessions) - either In-Clinic or Online via Telehealth; or a General Hypnotherapy Obligation Free 15 Min Phone Consult if you have any questions or would simply like more information. 

• The HypnoLite™ (Hypnotic Gastric Band) Weight Loss Program - here you have the choice of actually booking in your 1st HypnoLite™ Session (either In-Clinic or Online via Telehealth); or just booking a HypnoLite™ Obligation Free 15 Min Phone Consult if you have any questions or would simply like more information.

• You can also book in directly for your 1st Quit Smoking/Vaping Session (either In-Clinic or Online via Telehealth)

• Click Select once you have chosen your preferred appointment type, then click on a preferred date and time - then enter your details, time zone, then click Complete Booking. You will then receive a confirmation email from us confirming your appointment details and providing you with all the details you need. You will also receive a reminder email and text message prior to your appointment.
